    Scope: The provision of software as a service used for the processing of health data in Low-Code Application Building Platform including its backup and health data hosting physical infrastructure, in accordance with Statement of Applicability v3.8 dated 12/11/2025, in association with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Certificate No. IS 642819 valid until 21-08-2028. The scope of the activities carried out in accordance with Article R.1111-8 and R.1111-9 of the CSP (Public Health Code) are: 1. The provision and maintenance in operational condition of physical sites for hosting the hardware infrastructure of the information system used to process the health data; 2. The provision and maintenance in operational condition of the hardware infrastructure of the information system used to process the health data; 3. The provision and maintenance in operational condition of the virtual infrastructure of the information system used to process the health data; 4. The provision and maintenance in operational condition of the platform for hosting information system applications; 5. The management and operation of the information system containing the health data; The organization is certified according to ISO 27001:2022. This HDS Certificate is valid subject to a valid ISO 27001 certification for the same scope.
    La fourniture de logiciels en tant que service utilisés pour le traitement des données de santé dans la plateforme de création d'applications à faible code (LCAP), y compris son infrastructure physique de sauvegarde et d'hébergement des données de santé, conformément à la déclaration d'applicabilité v3.8 datée du 12/11/2025, en association avec le certificat ISO/IEC 27001:2022 n° IS 642819 valable jusqu'au 21-08-2028. Le champ d’application des activités menées conformément aux articles R.1111-8 et R.1111-9 du CSP (Code de la santé publique) est le suivant : 1. La mise à disposition et le maintien en état de fonctionnement des sites physiques destinés à héberger l’infrastructure matérielle du système d’information utilisé pour traiter les données de santé ; 2. La fourniture et le maintien en état de fonctionnement de l’infrastructure matérielle du système d’information utilisé pour traiter les données de santé ; 3. La mise en place et le maintien en état de fonctionnement de l’infrastructure virtuelle du système d’information utilisé pour traiter les données de santé ; 4. La fourniture et la maintenance en état de fonctionnement de la plateforme d'hébergement des applications du système d'information ; 5. La gestion et l’exploitation du système d’information contenant les données de santé L'organisation est certifiée selon la norme ISO 27001:2022. Ce certificat HDS est valable sous condition d’une certification ISO 27001 valide pour le même périmètre.
